Is obtained by milling the organic rice Italian on natural millstones. The brown rice flour is an excellent alternative to the white one thanks to its high content of fiber, vitamins (B group) and minerals.

How to use:
Pure is used for the preparation of sweet and savory baked goods, or in combination with wheat flour (from 15% to 30%), if you want to get a substantial rise.
It can also be used as a dusting flour for pizza, bread, noodles and dumplings (prevents bind together).
Compared to white rice flour, wholemeal, lends itself more easily to prepare products glutenbecause the fibre contained increases the ability to retain water. Allowing therefore to obtain a drier dough, easier to work with and with a greater propensity to develop and retain carbon dioxideduring fermentation.
