This wholemeal is obtained by processing in purity and with old millstones of organic sicilian durum wheat Timilia .
Wheat Timilia is an old variety grown around the years 50 and then superseded by other more productive varieties, the flour you get is characterized by an outstanding technological and nutritional profile.

Great for making sweet and savoury baked goods for the black bread of Castelvetrano.
