How to use:
It can be used for sweet and savoury baked products ranging from 10 to 30% in combination with wheat flour.
Lupine flour gives a pleasant taste, improves softness, increases the protein content and lowers the glycemic index of the products to which it is added.
It can also be used, to a reduced extent of 1%, to increase the "strenght" of flours that generate gluten (spelled, wheat and Kamut). The amount refers to the flour that you want to reinforce, such as: 10g of lupin flour and 1kg of a flour that generates gluten.
