The spelt Conchiglie are entirely made from spelt flour 100% wholemeal Italian dicoccum and stoneground, processed according to the traditional artisan process: low pressure, bronze-drawn, static and at a very low temperature drying.

HOW TO USE
Bring the water to boil in a pan, salt as you like and pour the contents of the package. Cook 4 minutes for the pasta to be al dente, or wait 2 more minutes for a well cooked pasta. The intense flavor of spelt goes with raw and cooked vegetables (turnip tops), spicy or creamy sauces recipes like those with cabbage or leeks and anchovy. We discourage to season this pasta with tomato sauce. This pasta is great even with a drizzle of EVO olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
